The Dual Input Display can be used for all ProScale Absolute measuring systems.  The display operates at 24VDC.

Features:

Changeable Scaling Direction: sets the direction of readhead motion to give positive or negative readings.

bullet

Units: Choose from millimeters, decimal inches, or fractions.

bullet

Easy Operation: Front panel settings for Zero, Plus & Minus Offsets, Hold, Data Send, and Drift Monitor.

bullet

Math functions: Sum, Difference, or Arctangent calculations on the input values.

bullet

Radius measurement: Select three points along an arc, and the display calculates the arc radius and length (between selected endpoints).

bullet

Offset Disable: Disables recalibration of the display.

bullet

Scaling Factor: Distance traveled may be multiplied by numbers between 0.001 and 99.999.

bullet

Dual Measurements: Measure or position your system in absolute mode, switch to incremental mode for relative measurements, and return to the absolute mode with no loss of measurement or accuracy.

bullet

SPC (position) data may be sent using the 10-pin plug on the display's rear.  Data may be sent to interface devices.

bullet

Programmable drift tolerance for monitoring.

bullet

Interfaces directly with select Eltron printers.

bullet

Flash programming: As new features are added or software patches are made available, the display can be upgraded.
