ProScale Model 150/150G Measuring System

The ProScale Models 150 & 150G are Absolute technology measuring systems that are ideal for machinery applications or any measuring environment where the need to always remember its position is important.

Select Model 150 for Battery operation in general purpose applications and applications employing a WIRELESS data transmitter.
Select Model 150G for 12-24VDC operation OR in high electrical noise environments (i.e. inverters, welders etc.) OR when using WIRED data collection adapters.


Features:

  • No Gap to Set: All ProScale Encoders are "captive" on the measuring Scale so you never need to worry about setting or resetting the Encoder gap.

  • Battery or 12-24 VDC Operation: Several Readouts are available that operate on 1 CR123 Lithium battery, or 12-24 VDC.

  • Set and Forget: With ABSolute technology, calibration settings are not lost due to power or signal interruption. ProScale M150/150G will remember its place even when power is lost.

  • High Noise Immunity: With Absolute technology, the likelihood of motor electrical noise, magnetic fields, or power transients affecting the measurement accuracy or signal integrity is rare.

  • Scalability: The Model 150/150G supports multiple Encoders and Readouts operating simultaneously on the same Scale.

Model 150 & 150G Encoders:


The default Encoder-Readout cable length for Model 150 & 150G Encoders is 120 inches (3m).
Encoders are also available with cable lengths of: 12, 24, 72, 240 and 360 inches (300mm, 600mm, 1.8m, 6m and 9m).
Any custom length cable from 4 to 360 inches (100mm - 9m) may be specially ordered.


Model 150 & 150G Accessories:

   ProRF SPC Wireless Data Transmitter.  Works with any Readout with an SPC output.  Use Universal RF Receiver with RS232 or USB output.       ProRF Encoder system is used to eliminate long cables between the Encoder and Readout or PC.  Use with Encoder Receiver or Universal RF Receiver            Universal RF Receiver.  Works with ProRF SPC or ProRF Encoder systems to prove a wireless data network to a PC via RS232 or USB.    3 input multiplxer converts measurement data to RS232    Converts measurement/position data range to a 0-5 or 0-10 vdc signal.
