ProRF Receiver

This Universal Receiver provides a two-way wireless data communication between a ProScale measuring system and a PC USB port.

The Receiver provides RS-232 (optional) or USB serial data in standard ASCII text format and may be configured for various output formats.  In addition, the Receiver will support standard baud rates from 2400 to 57600 bits per second.

The ProRF Universal Receiver is compatible with the following ProRF Transmitters:

• 2.4 GHz radio transceiver providing two-way RF communications using 802.15.4 communications protocol.

• 2 digit LED readout for transmitter identification.

• Six output formats to support various data collection requirements.

• Character echo enable/disable.

• Baud rate selection from 1200 to 57600

• Fifteen selectable RF channels for interference free operation

• Typical signal range: 50 to 100 feet depending on the environment.

• Configuration is done using a standard terminal program such as HyperTerminal™, and the Receiver configuration is stored in non-volatile memory.
