Optional V-Blocks for ProTable

If your ProTable will be used to measure rounds or tubes, we recommend using V-Blocks to hold the parts and ensure their alignment. We currently offer V-Blocks in two different configurations:
 

Configuration 1:
Steel V-Blocks are attached to the fixed and moving jaws.  This method is recommended for short and/or lightweight tube measurement.  Note that the jaws cannot reach zero; ProTable is calibrated using a certified gage bar (we can supply one with your order upon request).

 

 
Configuration 2:
Hard-anodized V-Blocks are placed along the length of ProTable where desired (a minimum of two must be used).  This method is recommend for long and/or heavy tube measurement.  For long AND heavy tubes, we recommend more than 2 V-Blocks be used.
