We highly recommend using a backfence to ensure part alignment when measuring.  Backfences are available for any length ProTable.  Our standard backfence is 0.7 inches tall.  The backfence is made from hard-anodized aluminum.

Also shown in this photo are the replaceable wear sheets.  These are especially useful for applications where the table surface could be easily damaged.
