ProSet is a special ProScale system designed for use on the top and outside heads of a moulder. (ProScale Model 150 is recommended for all other moulder axes.)

ProSet uses special software to display cutterhead radius and material outfeed dimensions. ProSet thus reduces setup time after cutterheads have been ground or changed.

ProSet can be installed on any moulder, even if its already equipped with shaft encoders. ProSet can be used in conjunction with ProStand to further reduce setup time.

	Easy Operation: Front panel settings for Zero, Plus & Minus Offsets, and Units Mode.
	Choice of Measurement Mode: Digital Displays will display readings in Millimeters, Decimal inches or Fractions. (Fractions can be displayed in 16ths, 32nds, or 64ths.)
	High Noise Immunity: With ProScale technology, the likelihood of motor electrical noise, magnetic fields, or power transients affecting the measurement accuracy is greatly reduced.

ProSet Systems Come With:

	A digital scale with 250mm (10 inches) of measuring range. Custom scale lengths may be ordered up to 450mm.
	A readhead (position sensor) with a 10m (30 feet) cable length. For environments with high electrical noise, magnetic fields, or power transients, we recommend ordering a system built with shielded cable.
	A digital readout, either surface mount, or panel mount.
	A connector link (used to mount the digital scale).
	An instruction manual. An additional manual may be supplied depending upon the digital display that is used. Manuals may be downloaded - in color - from this site.
