  To view the 3-D object, you must be using a Windows based computer and using Internet Explorer.  The eDrawings plug-in is required to view the object (you will be prompted to download and install if it is not detected).

Right click in the window and select View...Rotate		   Zoom
Right click in the window and select View...Zoom In/Out		   Pan
Right click in the window and select View...Pan
