Standard Warranty Repair
Accurate Technology, Inc., warrants
ProScale® and Digi™
products against
defective parts and workmanship for 1 year commencing from the date
of original purchase. Upon notification of a defect, Accurate
Technology shall have the option to repair or replace any defective
part. Expenses incidental to repair under this warranty, including
those for labor and material, shall be borne by Accurate
Technology, including ground freight charges during the first
30 days of ownership.

Accurate Technology Products 1-3 years old
Any
PROSCALE product not covered
under Standard Warranty Repair and purchased less than 3 years ago requiring repair, will be charged the
lesser of: -
Parts necessary for repair plus
labor @$45/hour (1 hr. minimum charge) OR - 50%
of the current list price for a like item if replacement is
necessary to restore the product to it's original specifications.
Any
DIGI product not covered
under
Standard Warranty Repair and purchased less than
3 years ago requiring repair, will be charged the lesser of:

Parts necessary for repair plus
labor @$45/hour (1 hr. minimum charge) OR - 65%
of the current list price for a like item if replacement is
necessary to restore the product to it's original specifications.

All
PROSCALE
or
DIGI products 3+ years old requiring
repair will be charged the lesser of:

Parts necessary for repair plus
labor @$45/hour (1 hr. minimum charge) OR - 70% of the current list price for a like item if replacement is
necessary to restore the product to it's original specifications.
You will be
notified of estimated charges by e-mail BEFORE repairs are completed.
Repair/Replacement will not commence without your written
(e-mail/fax) approval.
If we do not receive payment information
for completed repairs within 90 days of original
notification, all products will be considered abandoned and disposed
of or sold.
Product Return Policy:
All
returns for product credit must be made within 30 days of
purchase. No custom products may be returned. All returned goods
must be in NEW, unused condition and will be assessed a restocking
charge of 15% of the List Price of the returned goods.
No cash
refunds are issued for returned goods.
