Accurate Technology Announces Dual Input Display

Asheville, NC — Accurate Technology, Inc. is pleased to announce a new Dual Axis, Multi-Function Display for its ProScale™ line of Linear Digital Measuring Systems.

The new Digital Readout will display measurements from two ProScale systems (Dual Axis). Each input will be independently programmable for units of measurement, offsets, scaling factor, drift tolerance and outputs (Multi-Function).

The new display uses the current ProScale DRO operational interface and programming choices but with increased functionality and ease of use.  Plain English programming choices are displayed instead of numbers, and additional software functions include: Sum A and B, Difference A and B, Multiply A and B, Arc Tangent (angle between input A and input B), Arc/Radius (radius of circle calculation) and two extra “Function” keys for custom programming are available to volume purchasers.

Additional new hardware features include: two optically isolated inputs for use with manual switches; two independently programmable hardware relay outputs activated by encoder drift or programmed soft limits; and built in RS232 and independent SPC outputs.

The new display is housed in a panel mount DIN enclosure measuring 144mm wide x 72mm high and uses a two line 16 character back lit LCD display with 10mm x 5mm characters. The display operates on 10-24VDC.
