How safe is my credit card and personal information when ordering from your site?

Can I place my order by phone?

You can place your order using either of the following:

Online: Use our secure server's shopping cart. You may use a MasterCard, Visa, or American Express for payment 24 hours a day seven days a week.
Phone: Call your order in to us at 1-800-233-0580 M-F, 8:30-4:30 EST.

What if I entered my address incorrectly?

We offer no charge collaborative 3D CAD design to produce the measuring system that is best suited to your application.

up to 4 hours of design time provided at no charge.
Additional hours charged at $175 per hour.
All design time charges will be credited toward purchase of the system.
